Introduced to elderflower champagne we were intrigued by the idea of making a sparkling wine from simple ingredients. We started experimenting with home brewing and quickly became obsessed with the flavours and aromas we could produce from such simple ingredients. At this stage our goal was to keep learning and enjoying the process.
Sharing our creations with friends and family the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. They loved the unique flavours and the fact that it was made with natural ingredients.
Turning our passion into a business, Duncan's Bloom was born. Founded by Finlay and Casper, the friends vision was to create a business that not only sells an an original product but also one people love.
